Freelance Graphic Design support at SLUSH

The Slush Event (19 to 21 November 2024) is a startup and tech event held annually in Helsinki, Finland. SLUSH facilitates meetings between the founders of startups and investors such as venture capitalists, accomplished with events such as matchmaking and pitching competitions. SLUSH aims to build a worldwide startup community.

At Slush three event components are planned:

• 19 November 2024: Side event (separate location in the city center of Helsinki, Meeting Park OASIS), 5 hour event including lunch
• 20 – 21 November 2024: Booth at Slush (40 sqm), with counter, 4-5 start-up booths, a networking area, and a space for the EIT Community initiatives and KICs
• Potentially: An event (breakfast?) at the booth

This RFP seeks proposals from experienced graphic designers who will be available from August to November 2024 to prepare the relevant graphic design for the overall communication of INNOVEIT at SLUSH.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of creating content for international events, particularly European-wide initiatives. We are looking for a designer or design company that understands the unique nuances of the European context and can effectively showcase the achievements and contributions of the EIT Community.
